The Liberty Cap Foundation Curriculum Awards
Announcing
As an educational foundation, The Liberty Cap Foundation funds projects that further creativity and connections with history, culture, and coins. We deeply believe in collaborative learning and student-centered course design.
This year we inaugurate our curriculum awards for teachers and students active in traditional school environments as well as homeschooling parents and children.
We want to showcase clever, student-centered curriculum that grows from some element of our website. Please submit a lesson plan with outcomes, and an example—or more!—of student projects, and a narrative about what part of our site lead to your lesson plan and the goals of the plan itself.
$2000 awards will be given to three outstanding projects, one each from grades K-5, grades 6-8, and grades 9-12.
We will feature the lesson plan, the project, and the learning team on our social media as well as our website.
